Intensive site multi borehole site investigation for a new bespoke housing estate including shallow windowless sampling boreholes, 50 deep Microdrilling ® probe holes to 45m depth, and 2 rotary boreholes  with core sample recovery to 50m confirmed the presence of ancient post glacial dissolution activity beneath this site but the absence of large sinkholes and cavities.
